Where to watch Homebound on OTT?

Homebound, as mentioned on the film's official poster, will stream on Netflix. Having said that, the makers of Ishaan and Vishal's film haven't revealed the official OTT release date yet. A film generally lands on streaming after 45 to 60 days of its theatrical release.Meanwhile, Homebound has been selected as India's official entry for Cannes 2026 in the Best International Feature category. Speaking of which, Neeraj expressed, "I’m deeply honoured that Homebound has been chosen as India’s official entry to the Oscars. Rooted in the love for our land and our people, it carries the essence of the home we all share. To take our stories to the world and represent India at one of the biggest global stages for cinema is both humbling and a matter of pride, and for this I’m extremely grateful."

Karan Johar on Homebound's entry at Cannes 2026

Producer Karan Johar expressed that he is honoured and humbled that Homebound has been selected as India's official entry at the Oscars 2026. "Neeraj Ghaywan’s labour of love is sure to a find a home in a million hearts across the world," he added.In Homebound, Ishaan will be seen playing the role of Mohammed Shadab and Vishal essays the character of Chandan Kumar.
