Tamil actor-comedian Robo Shankar has passed away at the age of 46. On September 18, reports came in that he succumbed after getting hospitalised a day ago for fainting on set. Shankar was hospitalized
in Chennai due to a sudden health issue on Wednesday, and got admitted to the ICU. As per reports, he recovered from jaundice a few months back. He is survived by wife Priyanka Sankar and daughter Indraja Shankar.Robo Shankar was a top comedian in Tamil industry who made a splash on Vijay TV shows like Kalaka Poo Vadu Yaru, Itu Itu Edu. Shankar made his debut in the film industry as a comedian through Dhanush's Maari and after that, he was flooded with movie offers.
