A heart-touching video was recently shared online, which showed a TTE asking for a ticket from an elderly grandma– who was seemingly travelling without any younger companion. The clip was ‘normal’– UNTIL–

the confused grandma took something out from her purse, that was far from anything than a train ticket; her Aadhaar card! Yes, the elderly, confused over what she was supposed to show, ended up showing her Aadhaar card instead of a train ticket, which left the TTE smiling. The genuine confusion on the passenger’s face only made the entire incident ‘too cute to handle’- or so is how most netizens reacted. After trying to ask for the ticket a few more times, the man realised that the elderly passenger had no ticket; however, that hardly changed anything. As per the post, the TTE eventually let the elderly travel for free, Naturally, the man’s consideration for the grandma won over most of the internet. As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to show their support for the TTE’s decision and appreciated him for his act of kindness towards the aged woman.
