Every e-mail that hits your inbox, with its sender being someone- or anyone- from your office, is hardly a nice e-mail to check. In other words, office e-mails are mostly all about work and tasks. However,
when this Delhi firm’s THIS particular e-mail dropped into the inbox of all its employees– the reception towards it was pure JOY! Taking to LinkedIn, a woman shared the said e-mail, as per which, the employees were getting a 9-day Diwali break! The mail was sent by the founder and CEO of the said PR firm- Rajat Grover, whereas the woman sharing it was the organisation’s HR. As per the post, despite being the HR, her surprise was no different from all the other employees, who were unaware about the Diwali break.As per what was seen in the mail’s screenshot, the break will begin from October 18 and will end on October 26. The woman- Riya Pandey- further appreciated the move and pointed out how such decisions from employers often work for the greater good of the company in the longer term.The post soon went viral, with most netizens lauding the decision. Many people jokingly commented that they, too, want to work under such CEOs. Times Now could not confirm the authenticity of the post.
