Her act of kindness was widely praised, as she chose to embrace motherhood at just 20 years old. Professionally, Sreeleela made her debut with Kannada film KISS. The actress will soon be featured in Anurag Basu's untitled musical drama alongside Kartik Aaryan. She was last seen in Venky Kudumuka directorial venture Robinhood. The film, which was earlier supposed to release on December 25, 2024, got postponed and got the new date of March 28, 2025.Apart from this, Sreeleela is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. The actress also completed her MBBS degree in 2021.
