Bloody Romeo: Nani and Sujeeth Begin New Film On Dussehra
Director Sujeeth who is currently basking in the success of his film, They Called Him OG, or OG with Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for his next. Sujeeth has teamed up with Nani for his next project, titled
Bloody Romeo.
Nani and Sujeeth Launch New Film With Pooja Ceremony
Their new film was officially launched today on Dussehra with a traditional pooja ceremony. Nani, Sujeeth, and the team were present, and Venkatesh Daggubati was the chief guest.
Earlier in April, Nani revealed that the project with Sujeeth was on hold due to the director's commitments with OG, the gangster drama featuring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. In the interview, addressing the delay in Sujeeth’s project, Nani said, “My film with Sujeeth has been delayed because he needs to complete OG before starting mine. He is working on it. It will mostly begin after The Paradise. Nani further explained that he is focused on his upcoming film director Srikanth Odela. Nani, also said The Paradise’ will be beyond everyone’s expectations. Once that wraps up, he plans to work on Sujeeth’s project.
Directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas, The Paradise will hit theatres in eight languages – Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, English, and Spanish. The film also stars Raghav Juyal in a pivotal role .For filmmaker Srikanth Odela, this outing another ambitious film with Nani, after their previous collaboration Dasara (2023), crossed the Rs 100 crore mark and became the highest-grossing film of Nani’s career.
Meanwhile, They Call Him OG is estimated to have earned Rs 200 crore at the box office. The film stars Pawan Kalyan in the titular role of a gangster. It also features Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy and Prakash Raj. The film has music composed by Thaman S, cinematography handled by Ravi K. Chandran and Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Naveen Nooli.
