'Barely get sleep due to shifts'
Mona further added, “We barely sleep and yet we are expected to deliver and be creative even after 18 hours. Sometimes it does take a toll on us. We get sleepless nights because of some shifts. There are shifts which I have done from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. in the morning. Sometimes the 6 a.m. shift gets extended to 9 a.m. So, you are actually working for 15 hours without sleeping during the day. It does take a toll and it affects you mentally also. You lose out on your sleep. You feel the brain fog. There is no clarity. You feel you're just, lost.” Workwise, Mona’s latest project is Aryan Khan’s directorial debut web show, The Ba***ds Of Bollywood. She played the role of Lakshya’s mother, a Bollywood background dancer. Her upcoming titles on OTT are Paan Parda Zarda and Ma Ka Sum. Mona’s last film was Munjya in 2024. She will be seen in Border 2 and Happy Patel Khatarnaak Jasoos.
