her popular character, Beena Tripathi, for Mirzapur: The Film. In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Rasika revealed what’s in store for fans of the acclaimed franchise.

While the actress remained tight-lipped about Mirzapur: The Film, she revealed, “I am currently shooting for Mirzapur: The Film and don’t know when it will release. Unfortunately, I will not be able to reveal much about the content but as always, Beena Tripathi will come up with the unexpected.”ALSO READ: Shweta Tripathi Reprises Role Of Golu Gupta For Mirzapur The Movie In Benaras When asked whether the next season of Mirzapur will stream on Prime Video in 2026, Rasika laughed and said, “Next year mushkil hai as we’re busy with the film’s shoot.” Talking about her character, Beena Tripathi, Rasika shared, “Beena is an interesting character and I am lucky to get a chance to play her because she’s different from anything I have known and anything I am. It is a delight to have such a character in my filmography. Just because of Beena Tripathi, my filmography has a new meaning.”

About Mirzapur: The Film

Mirzapur: The Film also stars Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, Shweta Tripathi Sharma. Shriya Pilgaonkar and Abhishek Banerjee, who were killed in the first season, are returning. Ravi Kishan, Jitendra Kumar and Mohit Mallik are joining the original cast in the film adaptation.
