Users will now find job listings integrated into Marketplace, Groups and Pages, making it easy to browse openings, apply and even chat with potential employers directly through Messenger. The US-based company explained its vision in an official blog post, saying, “If you’re looking for entry-level, trade, and service industry employment in your community, Facebook can help you connect with local people and small businesses who are hiring. Jobs on Facebook are public and visible to all adults 18 years and older.” This move positions Facebook as a more community-driven alternative to platforms like LinkedIn, with a focus on local hiring rather than corporate networking.ALSO READ: Now You Can Hide All The Sponsored Results On Google Search, Here's How To ItHow The Feature WorksBy heading to the Marketplace tab and selecting Jobs, users can filter listings based on job type, category and distance.
