Ayushmann Khurrana visited Siddhivinayak in traditional outfit. He expressed gratitude to the Lord Ganesha for showering love and blessings on him. He was accompanied by Amar Kaushik, with whom Ayushmann worked on the film Bala. Thamma received mixed reviews from the critics. However, due to the Diwali holiday and strong word of mouth, it received a bumper opening at the box office. Let us tell you, Thamma earned Rs 25.11 crore on its opening day. Now, fans are looking forward to watching Thamma on the big screen.
Talking about Thamma, the film is part of Maddock Films’ horror universe. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal in key roles. Also Read : Thamma Box Office Collection: Ayushmann-Rashmika's Vampire Comedy Defeats Stree, Bhediya And Munjya On Day 1
Times Now has reviewed the film and we have given it 2.5 stars. The critic stated, "The pressure of overstuffing the second half with cameos and connecting threads to the future movies bogs down its true potential. Thamma’s characters will feature in more films, and Aditya tries to focus mainly on building the universe rather than exploring the finer nuances of an impossible love story and the marriage of two worlds. The first half is rushed, predictable and plain boring.” After Thamma, Ayushmann Khurrana will next be seen in films such as Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, Sooraj Barjatya’ next with Sharvari and so on.
