(JioHotstar in India) and teased some exciting developments for the superhero characters alongside Head of Marvel Television and Marvel Animation Brad Winderbaum. Here's all you need to know about all the announcements, release dates, teasers, and casting information you need to know about Marvel's biggest TV series, from Daredevil to VisionQuest.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2
Charlie Cox, who plays Matt Murdock, brought out Krysten Ritter, who will reprise her role as Jessica Jones in the new season. Murdock, aka Daredevil, and Mayor Wilson Fisk will once again face off in the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, which is set to release in March 2026. A teaser trailer was shown to audiences, which featured Murdock, Fisk, and friends together again. Fans will be glad to know that Elden Henson's Foggy will be back, as will the character of Bullseye (Wilson Bethel).
Matthew Lillard joins the show, which shows Fisk, aka Kingpin, operating an underground prison, presumably for the vigilantes. Cox teased, "All bets are off. The world has changed a lot for Matt and for superheroes in general. It's a much more sinister world. It's a scary place for people who are trying to do the right thing, trying to do good." Jones's appearance in the show hints at a return for the Defenders now that a third season of Daredevil: Born Again is officially in the works.
Wonder Man
The first teaser of Wonder Man was introduced by stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Sir Ben Kingsley for audiences. The show will now premiere on January 27, 2026, on Disney+. The eight-episode series will see Abdul-Mateen play superpowered actor Simon Williams, who auditions for a superhero movie. Kingsley reprises his role as Trevor Slattery from the previous Marvel films.
Speaking about the meta series, created by Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest, Abdul-Mateen stated, "As an actor, there's so much that goes into it. There's vulnerability, there's ego, there's hopes and dreams, there's ambition, there's the lonely road. As Simon, I get to walk that fine line and experience all of that. I'm really excited to share Simon's journey towards achieving his dream."
VisionQuest
Winderbaum confirmed that the 2026 series VisionQuest will close out the story started with WandaVision (2020) and Agatha All Along (2023). Star Paul Bettany, who plays Vision, showed fans footage from the show and confirmed some characters, with Henry Lewis as D.U.M.-E, Jonathan Sayer as U, James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., and Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H. They will all appear in human form, as will James Spader as Ultron.
Furthermore, Ruaridh Mollica has been confirmed as Thomas Shepherd, aka Tommy Maximoff, aka Speed. Bettany said about the journey his character goes through, "What’s different about Vision right now is that Red Vision gave Vision all of his memories, including the memories from within the Hex. But White Vision is having real difficulty connecting to them. White Vision’s journey during the show is about his attempt to connect to those memories and who he was… but with lasers!”
