The film starred a relatively new cast featuring Mouli Tanuj Prasanth, Shivani Nagaram, Khatyayini Akula, Jai Krishna and Nikhil Abburi. Now, the rom-com is set to release on OTT.

Mouli Tanuj Prashanth's Little Hearts crossed 1 million dollar mark in North America. Mouli also set a new record at the North American box office, as he is the only new comer from Telugu cinema to register a one million dollar gross at the North American box office. Epic Clap distributed the film in the US, they confirmed the same on social media.
