The court documents, accessed by the magazine, suggest Nicole mentioned 'irreconcilable differences' as a reason for the split.

As per the magazine, Nicole listed the date of her separation from Keith as the date of filing. A source previously mentioned that the actress had been fighting to save her marriage, and didn't want the separation or divorce to happen. "Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another," the source said.The filing reportedly includes a marriage dissolution and childcare plan submitted for judges' approval. Another report by DailyMail suggests that lack of intimacy and busy schedules led to the decision of divorce. "Keith never sees Nicole, either she is filming or he is on tour. There was a lot of love between the two and they might not divorce. They've been together for decades so there is a world which they can reconcile, but the way their pairing is now, they are not a couple," the source said.According to the same report, Keith was the one who apparently called out Nicole and his 'unhappiness' in their marriage. "The intimacy isn't there, they are just going through the motions [of being married].
