What
seemed like a massive Snapchat outage only is a lot more than that. So, according to the latest updates and stats on Down Detector, most of the popular services in the country including Roblox, Canva, Snapchat, Amazon Web Service are down and the numbers are massive on each of the mentioned platform. While Snapchat could be dubbed the most affected out of the lot as the number of reports against the outage has crossed 11,000 and the number is increasing continuously with every passing minute.

Starting with Snapchat, out of all the 11000 complaints until now, there are 91 percent reports related to login, 6 percent related to uploading content and around 3 percent of the total affected users are facing issues with feed. At the time if updating this article, the number of affected users on Snapchat has increased to 13,500. On Roblox, the outage has affected around 3000 users as per Down Detector. Around 62 percent users are facing server connection problems on the platform and around 26 percent are suffering from game play issues, rest of the are facing issues while accessing the website.As for Amazon Web Service, the complaints have reached around 1500. Out of all, 81 percent users are affected on US-East-1, and rest are from US-West-1 and US-East-2. Canva seems to be recovering from the issue as the reports have went down from 500 to 190 but still, a lot of users have been unable to access the platform and it is showing an error message for them. Coming to Perplexity, the complaints on the same are very low and fluctuating but around 300 users have reported the same on down detector which is still a concern. The major problems are being faces by the users in website and app of Perplexity. Duolingo has also been affected by the issue as a lot of users are unable to access their lessons on the applications. Until now, there is no official word on the resolution of the issue and most of the apps affected by it are only investigating the root cause.
