A classy ceiling light, that was supposed to be a rather attractive feature of the bungalow, turned into a pure nightmare for a Noida family– after they spotted something unexpected inside the light. A spine-chilling video was recently shared online, which showed a massive cobra slithering inside the ceiling light. As per the viral video, the incident unfolded in Noida’s Sector 51. As per The Times Of India, the family initially mistook the reptile for a wire, only to later realise that it was a deadly cobra. As per News 18, the reptile was spotted in the kitchen- resulting in the family confining themselves in the ‘rooms upstairs’. Later, a snake catcher and the forest department were called to the house, who then rescued the animal after a long
struggle.As per multiple reports, the rescue went on for ‘36 hours’, while the snake was finally rescued on Wednesday, September 10. Reportedly, the cobra was then released in the Okhla Bird Sanctuary.As soon as the video of the snake on the ceiling was shared online, netizens began to express their concerns over their safety. For some, it was simply a ‘new fear unlocked’. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.
