Now, at an auction event, one of Kalyan's fans brought the ticket for Rs 1,29,999, leaving the internet in shock. The Hindu report suggests that a fan named Amudala Paramesh from Lakkaram village bought a They Call Him OG ticket for Rs 1,29,999, which was originally priced at Rs 800. Reportedly, the entire amount collected from the auction would be donated to the Jana Sena Party. The political group was founded and led by Pawan Kalyan.

For the unversed, the ticket prices have been hiked for both single screens and multiplexes for the first ten days of a film's release. From September 25 to October 4, the AP government has permitted increased pricing for all regular shows. Single-screen cinema tickets will be sold at Rs 125, while multiplex tickets are sold at Rs 150. These revised rates apply exclusively to screenings of OG.DVV Entertainment, the production banner behind the film, thanked the N Chandrababu Naidu-led Andhra Pradesh government for hiking ticket prices for 'They Call Him OG' shows.
