‘See Your Country First’: Delhi Man Gets His US Tourist Visa Rejected Over THIS Unexpected Reason!

There are an endless number of reasons why one’s work visa for another nation can be rejected. However, when it comes to a tourist visa, people comparatively face fewer issues or restrictions- or do they?

A video was shared online, which was of an American YouTuber interviewing an Indian man randomly on a street in India. While in conversation, the Indian recalled a rather bizarre incident that allegedly happened with his friend! As per the post, the Indian man’s friend went to the US embassy to get his US tourist visa approved. During the interview, the embassy employee asked the man why he wanted to visit the US. Responding to the question, the Indian man stated that he had never seen any other place besides Delhi- the place he was born- and was now looking forward to visiting New York. Believe it or not, after this, the man's visa got rejected as the embassy told him to visit his ‘country first’, before visiting the US. The post went viral in an instant, dividing netizens. Some sided with the embassy officer, stating how his suggestion was correct, while some called his suggestion downright uncalled for.
