Siddhant Chaturvedi, last seen in Dhadak 2, was reportedly all set to star in an action creature film, Ramree. The film was apparently being directed by Neha Sharma for a Netflix release. However, the
latest development on Ramree is that the film has reportedly been shelved. According to a media report, the decision was taken due to budgeting becoming an issue for the movie. Apart from Siddhant, Mohit Raina was rumoured to be a part of the project.

According to Mid-Day, Siddhant's Ramree was a two-hero project, apparently set in 1945. Ajay Devgn was rumoured to be producing the film. Sharing an update on the film's fate, a source told the tabloid, "Work on the film had been going on for over a year. Given the subject and the period setting, it was an expensive project."The source further mentioned, "For an OTT film, this would have set a benchmark in scale and imagination, but budget constraints caught up with it. Even though the platform heads were excited about the story, there was too much at stake financially.
