Deshmukh has officially released the teaser of the upcoming fourth installment of the comedy film franchise, Mastiii 4, starring alongside Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani ahead of the theatrical release on November 21.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, the actor wrote, "Pehle ki thi Masti, phir Hui Grand Masti, phir Great Grand Masti, Ab hogi #MASTIII4! – iss baar 4x shaitani, 4x dosti aur 4x comedy blast! #Masti4 Teaser Out Now. Releasing only in cinemas near you on 21st November 2025."The teaser opens with the cool entry of the trio, Riteish, Vivek, and Aftab, and soon unfolds into chaos, drama, and ‘masti’ with unexpected twists and turns. The film is directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and produced by A Jhunhunwala, Ekta Kapoor, and Indra Kumar and will have a ‘Reverse Masti’ approach. It also stars Arshad Warsi, Genelia D’Souza, Elnaaz Norouzi, Ruhii Singh, Tusshar Kapoor and Nargis Fakri in important roles. Mastiii 4 promises to be a full-blown entertainer with comedy, thrill, and surprises. The film officially went on floors in December 2024, with Aftab confirming the news by posting a photo of the clapperboard labeled Masti 4.
