Euphoria Season 3: Jacob Elordi Has No Idea About Other Storylines On Returning HBO Series, 'It's Like FBI Files'

Jacob Elordi is one of a handful of actors, including Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie and Colman Domingo, who are returning for what is likely the third and final season

of the coming-of-age series Euphoria. The actor recently shared what he thought about Sam Levinson's take on the returning show and cleared the air about how the HBO series was filmed.

Jacob Elordi has no clue about what's happening in Euphoria Season 3

The Wuthering Heights star attended the Academy Museum Gala on October 18 and spoke to Variety about the third season of Euphoria. He shared, "It was incredibly liberating. I got to play something so sort of far out from what I’ve done before. [Creator Sam Levinson] constructed something that’s incredibly clever and cinematic. I think people are really going to like it.”

However, he went on to add that he only knows about the scenes he has filmed, not his other co-stars. He added, "Everybody shoots at different storylines. I don’t know what anyone else is doing. I had a really singular storyline. You don’t know what the other story lines are. It’s like FBI files. So it’s great because I’ll get to consume the show the same way that everybody else does as a fan, which I haven’t been able to do before. He stated, "I did not say that, that is not true. It’s shot on a lot of different kinds of film and it’s beautiful."

Last week, HBO revealed that the show would be returning in spring 2026. Euphoria also added a host of new actors to the ensemble cast, including Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
