Mirage On OTT: Where To Watch Asif Ali, Jeethu Jospeh's Suspense Film

Mirage is set to premiere on Sony LIV from October 20, 2025. The OTT release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, and Bengali, allowing viewers across regions to watch the thriller in their preferred language.The story revolves around Abhirami (Aparna Balamurali), whose life turns chaotic after her fiancé, Kiran (Hakim Shahjahan), disappears. Determined to find out about him she approaches Aswin (Asif Ali), a digital investigative journalist, and together they uncover a world of secrets, hidden documents, and dangerous conspiracies. The two face betrayals, revelations, and unexpected alliances as they work to unravel Kiran’s parallel life.

In a candid conversation with journalist Baradwaj Rangan, Jeethu Joseph explained why the Hindi version never took off. “I was approached 4-5 years ago to make the film in Hindi, but I was very sure that none of the Bollywood actors would do it. Mirage is female-centric film, which also needs a hero to support her. Who will do that in Bollywood? We approached many, and none of them were ready to do it,” revealed the filmmaker. “The good thing about Asif is that he’s a daring actor. He’s not bothered about anything as long as there is anything to perform. He wanted to know the screen space of the character, and once I told him, he said he was okay to do the role,” he addedMirage jointly produced by Naad Studios, E4 Experiments, Seven 1 Seven Productions and Bedtime Stories.
