More than a year after her major legal fight with ADOR and its parent company HYBE, Min Hee-Jin has reportedly founded a new entertainment agency called OK Co. Ltd. (ooak -pronounced oh-kay). This comes
days before the court issues its first trial verdict on the validity of ADOR's exclusive contracts with NJZ (formerly NewJeans) at the end of this month. Reports state Min Hee-Jin, voluntarily resigned as the CEO of ADOR in November 2024, established the new company on October 16 aiming to sign the band if they win their case.

According to Allkpop, the company will cater to celebrity management, music and album production and distribution, concert and event planning and production. It was further claimed that the company building is currently under construction at the location in Sinsa-dong Garosu-gil in Gangnam.
NewJeans Vs ADOR
On October 30, the court is set to issue its initial ruling regarding the validity of the exclusive contract between the 5 members of NewJeans: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein, and the management agency ADOR. If NewJeans wins the case, the members will get to sign on a new management company to resume their entertainment activities. And that's been seen as an opportunity for Min Hee-Jin.
