weeks after the premiere of the second part, Wednesday Season 2 has entered Netflix’s list of its most popular English-language TV titles of all time in tenth place with 94.5 million views so far. While it has a long way to go before it can reach number one, the supernatural series has already begun to make its move. The romantic musical Saiyaara, which captured the Indian box office earlier this year, debuted at number one on the top 10 non-English films.

Wednesday 2 replaces Stranger Things 3 on Most Popular List

Wednesday Season 1 is still the most-watched English show on Netflix with 252 million views, and now Season 2 joins it in tenth place with 94.5 million views. It knocked off Stranger Things Season 3, which previously had the tenth position. Wednesday Season 2, starring Jenna Ortega and Emma Myers, now has until December to catch up to the views of the first season. But even though it entered Netflix’s list of its most popular English-language TV titles of all time, the second season was not the top show of the week. In first place on the English TV shows was the Terence Crawford vs. Canelo Alvarez boxing match with 17.7 million views. Wednesday came in second place with 15 million views. Saiyaara opens in first place with 3.7 million

Produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara, starring newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, found global love as it debuted in first place on the non-English films list with 3.7 million views. The film, directed by Mohit Suri, made its OTT debut on September 12 and landed in the number one spot in nine countries. Saiyaara has also been dubbed in Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian, Malay, Spanish, Thai, and Zulu. Other Indian films on the list include Inspector Zende in third place with 3.3 million views and Kingdom in ninth place with a million views.
