Lee Dong-Wook reacted to the recent incidents of privacy invasion through an agency statement. The Tale of the Nine Tailed star recently faces incidents of violations of his privacy, including unauthorised
residence visits and personal information leaks, which raised concerns. The 43-year-old actor, who appeared in The Divorce Insurance earlier this year issued a strongly worded statement via his agency KINGKONG by Starship Entertainment. On October 14, the company addressed the matter.

"Recently, there have been cases of individuals visiting Lee Dong Wook’s residence and private spaces without permission, attempting to make contact, or leaving inappropriate letters. These actions constitute clear violations of his privacy.We will take strict legal action against all forms of privacy infringement, including unauthorized visits to the artist’s home, intrusion into private spaces, tracking of unofficial schedules, and leaks of personal information.Acquiring flight details through improper means or boarding the same flight to approach the artist during overseas or personal schedules will also be regarded as acts of privacy invasion.Such behavior is a clear violation of the law. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the artist’s safety and rights. Our company will continue to take every possible measure to protect our artist."
