Reflecting on her character in Kantara: Chapter 1, Rukmini mentioned that Risband and his team wrote the 'beautiful' character in the film. "It's a character that has been a delight to play as an actor. It's been gratifying for me. You will always try and look for roles. And sometimes you get blessed when you are an actor. Kahi roles mein you get to grow as an actor, but also as a person. So, I think this has been one of those roles for me."Meanwhile, Kantara: Chapter 1's box office collection stands at Rs 290.55 crore, as per Sacnilk. The film will soon enter the Rs 300 crore club!
