Jitesh Thakur opens up on representing India at an International Pageant
In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Jitesh Thakur recalled his journey to Mr. India and the international stage. He shared, “I saw an article in Times of India, published in Bombay Times, which said this was the gateway to Mr. India. I thought this is the way to showcase one’s personality, even if not in a conventional way. With dedication and hard work, I had one clear goal — Mr. India 2015. My family was initially concerned about how I would earn a living, but they supported me after seeing my determination. In 2015, I won Mr. India, which gave me the chance to represent India at an international pageant. I was also honored with the title of Mr. Supranational. That was the first time I truly gained confidence and was convinced that this is what I wanted to do — pursue my dreams and live them fully.”
