A month after the series premiered on OTT, Mona exclusively opened up about the climax and keeping it a secret for two years.

In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Mona said Aryan had revealed the climax twist to her and Bobby Deol. She said, “The Ba***ds Of Bollywood was super fun to work on. When Aryan Khan and I sat down for the first narration, he revealed the climax twist to me. Only Bobby Deol and I were aware of what was in store for the audience. Talking about recreating Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela with Bobby for The Ba***ds Of Bollywood, Mona shared, “When we were shooting for Duniya Haseeno Ka Mela, it was a new zone for me because I have never done a song like that before. The costume was also different, and the choreography was unique from what we have now. That day, Shah Rukh Khan came on set, and his presence and words encouraged me to do it.”

Mona concluded by hinting at the announcement of The Ba***ds Of Bollywood season 2. As she spoke about the sequel, the actress added, “Aryan and Red Chillies Entertainment will be announcing The Ba***ds Of Bollywood season 2 very soon. I am looking forward to that.”Mona plays Neeta Singh, the mother of Aasmaan Singh (Lakshya), who worked in the film industry as a background dancer. However, she quits her job for family. But the real reason is her affair with Ajay Talvar (Bobby Deol), a superstar. In the climax, it is revealed that Aasmaan is Neeta and Ajay’s illegitimate son. Funnily, he is in love with Ajay’s daughter, Karishma (Sahher Bambba).
