After the success of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari for Rohit Saraf and Pratibha Ranta winning the best actor critic award for Laapataa Ladies at Filmfare Awards 2025, both the actors will be starring in Nikkhil Advani’s period drama series The Revolutionaries for Amazon Prime Video, set during the Indian independence movement. The series also features Bhuvan Bam and Gurfateh Pirzada. At the Filmfare Awards 2025, Pratibha teased, “I'm doing this show for Nikhil sir and he's a wonderful director. So we're on it, we'll let you know soon.” Pratibha is also reportedly being cast for Dostana 2 alongside Vikrant Massey and Laksya after Janhvi Kapoor's exit.
