UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during his two-day visit to India, stopped by Yash Raj Films studio in Mumbai today, October 8. He was joined by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani and actress Rani Mukerji for a special movie screening. Check out the pictures:

Keir Starmer launches biggest UK-India trade from cockpit

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has launched the UK’s largest ever trade mission to India from the cockpit itself while flying. He flew with more than 125 leading business, academic and cultural figures. “This is the prime minister. I’m in the cockpit. And, a very warm welcome to BA Flight 9100 to Mumbai. It’s really fantastic to have you all on board. This is the biggest trade mission to India that the UK has ever sent. I’m much looking forward to working with you as we explore all of the opportunities and take full advantage of the opportunities in our new free trade agreement,” PM Starmer said. Later in the day, Starmer is also scheduled to participate in a football showcase event organised by the English Premier League at Cooperage football ground in south Mumbai.
