Arbaz sat for an exclusive interview with Zoom. In a free-wheeling chat with us, he revealed what his different reality show journeys have taught him. While discussing the same, the reality show star revealed he has battled loneliness in different shows.

Reflecting on what reality shows have taught him, Arbaz told us in Hindi, "I have learned a lot. When I did Splitsvilla, I didn't know anything. I didn't know how to play the game. I just watched the show. I felt as if I was an audience on the show. I would only perform challenges and observe whatever happened."He further added, "Talking about Bigg Boss Marathi, I had a language barrier but I was the way I am and real. People hated me there. Because I play fearlessly, main darr ke nahi khelta. I've learned that only parents and your partner are yours. So, now whenever someone comes and talks, I wonder what does the person want. The Rise and Fall runner-up also revealed battling loneliness in reality shows. "These shows have taught me how to live and ki depression kya hota hai. Aisa lagta hai kabhi depression ho toh, main kisi ke paas jau hi nahi. Main khud bhi nikal sakta hoon in cheezo se. Because main bohot baar shows mein akela pada hoon. Mujhe akela kiya gaya hai."(Loose translation - These shows have taught me how to live and what depression is. I feel like if I ever get depressed, I won't turn to anyone. I can even get myself out of these things. Because I've been alone in shows many times. I've been left alone.)
