A source close to Vijay confirmed the news with Hindustan Times. Further details were not revealed. As per reports, Vijay and Rashmika will be tying the knot in February 2026. The date hasn’t been disclosed as of now. They’ve worked together in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. Workwise, Rashmika was last seen in Kuberaa with Nagarjuna and Dhanush. Up next, she plays the leading lady in Aditya Sarpotdar’s horror-comedy, Thamma co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film releases on October 21.
