Aamir Khan On Romancing Young Actresses

On the discussion in Two Much, Aamir Khan said, "When the hero romances a younger woman, it's called cinema magic but, when an older heroine romances a younger man, it's called bold. When I'm doing a film, the casting should be done based on what the requirement is. So, sometimes there is a requirement where there is an age difference between the two actors. For me, it really depends on the story."To this, Twinkle added, "It's never like, you know, by the time you're 40 or 50, you're playing the hero's mother. So, there is definitely a difference."

Aamir then shared, "If Sridevi would have kept on working, she could have still done lead roles. Madhuri can still play if there's a role. But, if there's a younger girl and a coming star or a star that the producer or the director says, I want this. Now, we've done so much work that it feels like an old couple. So, for the freshness of a film, that's when you take somebody else who you've not worked with that much." Salman then quoted, "I don't think that the film is good and the story is really woven around something like that. Older woman and a younger man, I don't think anyone would mind that."
