The singer and dancer has made a heartwarming contribution of 100 million KRW (approximately Rs 65 lakh or 75,000 USD) to support children’s education in Jeonbuk, South Korea.

On September 25, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education confirmed to Dispatch that Jimin’s representatives had expressed their intention to donate back in July. The process was arranged through Jimin’s father, who personally reached out to the provincial office to discuss the donation and later ensured the funds were transferred to the Love Scholarship Foundation account.The donation will be used to provide scholarships for students in elementary, middle, high, and special schools across North Jeolla Province. The scholarships aim to support not just academically outstanding children but also those struggling financially, ensuring that education remains accessible and inspiring for all.
