actress Neha Dhupia posted a reel on her Instagram handle in collaboration with her Community channel called Freedom To Feed, where she started a 21-day fitness challenge and urged people to join in the cause of improving the quality of our life and body. This challenge aims towards making you a better and healthier version of yourself. The challenge is called “21 Days. One Commitment. A Healthier YOU” is where the one who is taking on the challenge will be preparing a concoction and drinking it everyday for the next 21 days to detoxify the body of any junk and brim it with antioxidants to fasten up the metabolism while repairing it from within.
As Neha Dhupia begins the video she says, “Ghar ke Nuskhe, I promise you. Let’s do this together,” suggesting that there is no elaborate procedure or fancy equipment you need. This 21 day challenge can easily be done with ingredients found in your kitchen. To hop on the challenge, there is a concoction you will have to prepare and consume. Here is the recipe for the concoction:
Half tablespoon of raw turmeric
1 cube of raw ginger
5-7 black peppercorns
1 teaspoon Nigella seeds (Kalonji)
Churn all of these ingredients with water and freeze them in an ice tray. Every morning take out one ice cube from the tray in a glass and pour hot water on top of it. Add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil in the concoction and stir it thoroughly. Richa Gangani, the weightloss dietician and PCOS expert talks about the importance of MCT oil and how it doesn’t work as a supplement but rather is a medium-chain triglyceride and helps give your body the fatty acids.
For those who may not have MCT oil, can use:
1 tsp coconut oil or
1 tsp ghee or
1 tsp olive oil
Neha Dhupia wraps up the video by encouraging everyone to take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. With simple kitchen ingredients and a little daily commitment, she promises that this 21-Day Challenge can truly transform your well-being, inside and out. She invites viewers to join her on this journey, reminding them that small, consistent efforts can create big, lasting changes.
