In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Bobby shared, "When I got a call from Red Chillies that they're producing a show, would you like to do it, it's being directed by Aryan. I didn't think twice. I said I'm doing it. Because we know how it is for a parent. mean, Anybody close to would ask you to help their child, anybody would do it..""A script is written with what happens around you, what you see in the society. It has to definitely be influenced by that. But this show is about all the myths you have about the industry. And they exaggerated and made it into a funny version of what we could imagine, so that people could connect and laugh with it," he added.The Ba***ds of Bollywood follows Aasmaan Singh, an ambitious outsider attempting to build a career in the Bollywood film industry. Speaking of whether Bobby was pushed to sign up the project as he resonated SRK's feelings, who's a father himself, he said, "I play a parent. I am a superstar in the show and I am worried about the future of my daughter. So that's basically a situation any father in real life has to go through. So I have kids, so I can play by emotion. Praising Aryan further, the 56-year-old actor shared that in future the new director will create a name for himself, beyond being called SRK's son. "I'm playing a father. To get me to perform the way he made me perform, only if you can understand a father's emotion can you bring that out. He's so talented. I think he's going to be a name to reckon with.
