The actor hugged his daughter Indraja Shankar, who seemed inconsolable.Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, visited the residence to pay his last respects to the late actor. He also expressed his grief on X, "We paid our respects by placing a garland on his body kept at his residence.
