Defence training and anti-drone solutions provider Zen Technologies Ltd
on Friday (October 10) said it has received an order worth approximately ₹37 crore from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply of anti-drone systems with hard kill capabilities.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the order will be executed within a year and involves the delivery of indigenous systems designed to counter and neutralise aerial threats.
Zen Technologies clarified that its promoters and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not qualify as a related party transaction.
Shares of Zen Technologies Limited ended at ₹1,419.90, up by ₹5.60, or 0.40%, on the BSE.
