TCS Dividend: Management announces second payout of ₹11 per share; check record date

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd
. (TCS) on Thursday declared a second interim dividend of
₹11 per equity share of ₹1 each.
The dividend will be paid on November 4, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register or in depository records as on October 15, the record date fixed for the purpose.
The announcement came following a meeting of the company’s board earlier in the day.
Shares of TCS ended 1.1% higher at ₹3,060.20 on the NSE, ahead of its Q2
results were announced.
The company reported a net profit of
₹12,075 crore, slightly below estimates, while revenue rose 3.7% sequentially to ₹65,799 crore. Operating margins improved to 25.2%, reflecting efficiency gains.
The board had earlier announced an interim dividend of ₹11 per share in the quarter ended June, and a final dividend of ₹30 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25).
