Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd on Wednesday reported a 30.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at ₹99 crore for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), compared with ₹76 crore a year ago.
Revenue from operations grew 22.6% to ₹297.36 crore, up from ₹242.48 crore in the same period last year.
Operating performance was strong, with EBITDA rising 32% year-on-year to ₹137.5 crore, while margins improved to 46.2% from 43% in Q2 FY25.
The company’s board also announced its first interim dividend of ₹6 per share — 120% of the face value of ₹5 each — for FY26. The dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days of declaration to shareholders on record as of October 17, 2025.

Anand Rathi Wealth, which provides wealth management and advisory services, continues to benefit from rising investor participation and expanding asset management portfolios across client segments.
