Anand Rathi Wealth Q2 Results: Profit jumps 31% YoY, declares interim dividend

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd
on Wednesday reported a 30.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at
₹99 crore for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), compared with ₹76 crore a year ago.
Revenue from operations grew 22.6% to ₹297.36 crore, up from ₹242.48 crore in the same period last year.
Operating performance was strong, with EBITDA rising 32% year-on-year to ₹137.5 crore, while margins improved to 46.2% from 43% in Q2 FY25.
The company’s board also announced its first interim dividend of ₹6 per share
— 120% of the face value of
₹5 each
— for FY26. The dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days of declaration to shareholders on record as of October 17, 2025.
