Diwali Mahurat Trading 2025: Six Nifty stocks at record highs; check list here

Six Nifty 50 constituents like Bajaj Finserv, State Bank of India (SBI), Bharti Airtel, Apollo Hospitals, Bajaj Finance, and HDFC Bank, hit record highs during Monday's (October 20) trading session.

SBI

Shares of State Bank of India (SBI) made an intraday record high of ₹913.65, surpassing the previous high of ₹912 hit on June 3, 2024. The stock has gained in seven of the last eight trading sessions, rising 6% in the last one month and extending its year-to-date gain to 15%.

Most analysts maintain a 'Buy' recommendation on the stock. The lender is yet to report its September quarter results.

Bajaj Finance

Shares of Bajaj Finance touched a record high of ₹1,086.50 in intraday trading, before closing 1% higher. This marked the fourth consecutive day of gains.

In the last 15 trading sessions, the stock declined only three times. It is up 8% in the past month and has advanced 59% year-to-date.

Bharti Airtel

Telecom provider Bharti Airtel made an intraday record high of ₹2,057. The stock has gained in three of the last four sessions, rising 4.8% in the past month, taking its year-to-date gain to nearly 30%.

The telecom stock has been among the best-performing Nifty 50 stocks this year.

HDFC Bank

Shares of HDFC Bank touched an intraday record high of ₹1,020, surpassing its previous high. The stock has advanced in five of the last six sessions, gaining 4% in the last month and 13% year-to-date.

Bajaj Finserv

Shares of Bajaj Finserv made an intraday record high of ₹2,149.50. The stock has gained in five of the last eight trading sessions, rising 3.5% in the past month, with a year-to-date advance of nearly 36%.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise

Shares of Apollo Hospitals hit a record high of ₹8,065 in intraday trading, eventually ending 1.42% higher. This marked the fifth consecutive day of gains.

In the last 13 trading sessions, the stock declined only three times. It is up 3.55% in the past month and 9% year-to-date.
