According to the bank, Shukla resigned due to personal reasons, and his resignation has been accepted. No successor has been named in the filing.
The bank attached the required details in Annexure I and Annexure II, including the timeline of cessation and the resignation letter. Shukla, who previously went on sabbatical, formally submitted his resignation on October 1.
In his letter, he expressed gratitude to his colleagues and reflected on his experience across areas such as agricultural finance, SME banking and microfinance operations. He credited the institution for the autonomy and exposure provided during his tenure.
