Allied Blenders & Distillers appoints Jayant Manmadkar as CFO

Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd, a spirits company, on Friday, October 10, announced the appointment of Jayant Bhalchandra Manmadkar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 10, 2025. He will also serve as a key managerial personnel (KMP) and senior management personnel (SMP).

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA), and Company Secretary (CS), Manmadkar also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com).

With over 32 years of extensive experience, he

has held leadership roles across diverse sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, alcobev, research & development, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.

Over the course of his career, Manmadkar has been associated with leading organisations such as Seagram India Pvt. Ltd., Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., Sai Life Sciences Ltd., Cohance Lifesciences Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., and Reliance Retail Ltd.

Shares of Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd ended higher on Friday, October 10, by 0.36% at ₹547.00 on NSE.
