After the robust subscription, Urban Company IPO share allotment is set to be finalised on Monday, September 15.
The retail portion of the IPO was booked 39.25 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category was subscribed 74.04 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was subscribed 140.2 times.
The ₹1,900-crore book-building issue was a combination of a fresh issuance of 4.58 crore shares, worth ₹472 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) portion of 13.86 crore shares, amounting to ₹1,428 crore.
The company has proposed to allocate IPO funds for marketing activities, technology upgrades and general corporate purposes.
