The order, classified as ultra-mega with a value exceeding ₹1,000 crore, has been awarded by JNK Global, an international entity and one of the promoters of JNK India. The company stated that there is no potential conflict of interest arising from this transaction.
The scope of work includes support services and supplies for the cracker furnace package, which will be executed in India. The project delivery is scheduled for completion by February 2, 2028.

JNK India confirmed that the order falls within related party transactions and has been undertaken on an arm’s length basis. With this win, the company continues to strengthen its order book in the refinery equipment and furnace solutions segment, supported by collaboration with its Korean promoter, JNK Global.
JNK India manufactures heating equipment for process industries such as oil refineries and petrochemical plants. The company handles everything from design to installation, serving both the domestic and international markets.
It is one of the well-recognised heater companies in India, having a market share of approximately 27% in the segment, in terms of new order bookings in the financial year 2023.

Shares of JNK India Ltd ended at ₹305.45, up by ₹27.75, or 9.99%, on the BSE.
