The VMS TMT IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 148.50 crore, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.5 crore shares. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the IPO to repay or prepay certain borrowings, either fully or partially. The balance will be allocated towards general corporate purposes.
