After a debut with Saiyaara, Ahaan Panday is all set to enter the next chapter of his Bollywood journey. He will now reunite with Yash Raj Films for an action-romance, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar.
According to Pinkvilla, Ahaan’s second project will mark Ali Abbas Zafar’s homecoming to YRF. He has earlier delivered hits like Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai for the banner. Reports also suggested that it was Aditya Chopra who recommended casting Ahaan in the film, believing the audience would be surprised to see him in a new avatar. “Adi and Ali will unlock a totally different side to Ahaan’s acting in this yet untitled film by putting him into a new world where intense passion, romance and action meet hard-hitting drama,” the source added.
Meanwhile, the film’s script has been finalised. What further added to the buzz is that the production is expected to go on floors in the first quarter of 2026. The female lead, however, is yet to be announced.
