Hind Rectifiers said a total of €2 million is being infused into the proposed subsidiary, of which the former will subscribe to preference shares worth €1 million solely on its own. The remaining preference shares worth another €1 million will be issued as equity shares, where Hind Rectifiers will have a 66% stake and the remaining 34% will be held by promoter group companies.
The company said the acquisition is to strengthen its position in the robotics and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) markets. It also provides it with a strategic manufacturing hub in Europe, thereby strengthening its global presence, Hind Rectifiers said.
BeLink Solutions is a robotics, EMS and electronics research and development company, based out of France, with 38 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Hind Rectifiers said BeLink Solutions offers six fully-automated production lines and advanced testing equipment, enabling the former to meet the evolving demands of its customers.
The transaction brings the production and testing infrastructure under Hind Rectifiers' ownership. The acquisition also includes all the plant and machinery, intellectual property, technology, customer contracts and purchase orders, it said.
BeLink Solutions is expected to generate €13 million in revenue in 2025, with an additional €10 million in pending orders for 2026, Hind Rectifiers said.
"With BeLink’s sophisticated infrastructure and Hirect’s expertise in Power Electronics we can deliver at scale while also pushing the boundaries of future ready innovation. This dual strength — operations excellence and technology leadership — is what will drive our growth in mobility, energy, and industrial markets worldwide," Suramya Nevatia, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO of Hind Rectifiers, said.
