Its gross advances increased 4.4% sequentially from ₹26.53 lakh crore and 9.9% from the previous year's ₹25.19 lakh crore to ₹27.69 lakh crore in the September quarter this fiscal.
Its deposits average of ₹27.1 lakh crore increased 15.1% from last year's ₹23.54 lakh crore and was up 2% sequentially from ₹26.57 lakh crore.
Its average current account savings account (CASA) deposits increased 1.9% sequentially from ₹8.6 lakh crore and 8.5% from last year's ₹8.08 lakh crore to ₹8.77 lakh crore in the September quarter.
HDFC Bank's CASA deposits period end were up 1.3% from the previous quarter's ₹9.37 lakh crore and up 7.4% from the previous year's ₹8.83 lakh crore to ₹9.49 lakh crore in the second quarter this fiscal.
The lender's assets under management (AUM) average were up 9% from last year's ₹25.63 lakh crore and up 1.9% from the previous quarter's ₹27.42 lakh crore to ₹27.94 lakh crore in the July to September period this fiscal.
Shares of HDFC Bank ended the previous session 0.2% lower at ₹963.7 apiece. The stock has gained 8.1% this year, so far.
