Infosys has announced a collaboration with Telenor Shared Services (TSS) on Friday, October 3, to modernise and unify its HR operations through the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM).
The initiative is aimed at standardising HR processes, boosting employee productivity, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Through this partnership, Infosys will help TSS streamline HR operations by integrating human capital management, financial management, supply chain management, and
project portfolio management on a single Oracle Cloud platform. This end-to-end digital transformation is expected to improve data quality, enable advanced analytics, and strengthen decision-making across the organisation.
